Legal agreement governing your use of sam4d gaming services
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the sam4d platform. By registering an account, accessing our website, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
sam4d services are intended for residents of Indonesia. Users must be physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our platform and placing bets. We employ geolocation technology and IP address verification to enforce this requirement. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law is strictly forbidden.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from forming a valid contract with sam4d.
The following individuals are explicitly prohibited from using sam4d services:
To access sam4d services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and banking details for deposits and withdrawals. You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.
sam4d operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter, we may require you to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify sam4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. sam4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
All information provided during registration and thereafter must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
sam4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start from Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day based on your account verification level.
Deposits are typically credited to your sam4d account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes during high-traffic periods or due to banking system delays. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party payments, payments from joint accounts not bearing your name, and anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used, and may reverse deposits and close accounts found to be using unauthorized payment sources.
sam4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are your sole responsibility.
You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000, with a daily limit of Rp 200.000.000 for standard accounts. VIP account holders may have higher limits.
sam4d strives to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00 - 20:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to mandatory KYC verification procedures.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. E-wallet withdrawals follow the same ownership verification requirements.
sam4d does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, receiving banks may impose incoming transfer fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount and are beyond our control.
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts found to be used solely for money transfer purposes without genuine gaming activity will be suspended, and funds may be returned to the original payment source minus administrative fees.
sam4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's description and must be fulfilled before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x, 40x) that must be met before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount or the sum of deposit plus bonus, depending on the specific promotion. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots usually contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee profits, or any other form of fraudulent or unfair bonus exploitation, is strictly prohibited. sam4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
sam4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses at the time of termination will generally be honored until expiration, but we reserve the right to void them in cases of technical errors or abuse.
All users must engage in fair play and comply with the rules of each game. Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors or bugs, and any other form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Each game available on sam4d has specific rules governing gameplay, betting limits, payout structures, and valid outcomes. You are responsible for understanding the rules before placing bets. Game rules are available within each game interface or by contacting customer support. In case of dispute, sam4d's interpretation of game rules shall be final.
In the event of technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors that affect game outcomes or bet settlement, sam4d will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with standard industry practices. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a technical error results in incorrect game results or payouts, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn except in cases of obvious error (palpable error in odds, clear technical malfunction, or acceptance of bets after an event has already concluded). sam4d reserves the right to void bets placed due to such errors.
All content on the sam4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of sam4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the sam4d platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without prior written consent from sam4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sam4d, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with sam4d services is to discontinue use of the platform. In no event shall sam4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose.
sam4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated responsible gaming policies, or acted in a manner that harms sam4d's interests or the interests of other users. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:
Upon account termination, sam4d reserves the right to void pending bets, cancel active bonuses, and confiscate funds obtained through violation of these Terms. Legitimate account balances not involved in the violation may be returned at sam4d's discretion after investigation.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire account balance. Any remaining balance after 90 days will be forfeited. Voluntary closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to closure.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding sam4d services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the dispute resolution procedures and governing law specified in Section 12.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of sam4d services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and practices. sam4d operates under international licensing and is not subject to Indonesian domestic law regarding online gambling operations.
However, you as a user remain responsible for ensuring your use of sam4d services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex and subject to interpretation. By using sam4d, you acknowledge that you have sought independent legal advice if necessary and accept full responsibility for compliance with local laws.
